The project was to create a fine dine restaurant space for a restaurant chain by renovating a ground floor owned property of five floors building located at a short distance from chandni chowk, pune. Since this is owned property, we demolished the floor walls, staircase and windows as per our requirements. Brief given by Masemari management included comfortable seating, Vaastu efficient, functional and welcoming space. Famous classy theatre and cinema personalities are supposed to visit the place on regular basis, Therefore the space is required to achieve appropriate quality.
Located upfront on the main bavdhan road. It has a comfortable capacity of 130 guests with 100 indoor and 30 outdoor seats. Its interesting to know that the whole project was executed in a lightning speed of 55 days only. 32 contractors, day and night, some of them hadn’t slept for straight 48 hours to achieve the targets and maintain the required finest finish!
