The Paris Maine site, at the foot of the Montparnasse Tower, is composed of four buildings from different periods and architectural styles. It is undergoing a major restructuring involving the demolition and reconstruction of a new office building, as well as the rehabilitation of the so-called “Pavillon Duchesse,” partially listed as a Historic Monument, for OPPIC. A site rich in architectural heritage, conceived as a shared asset.
The project enhances the remarkable built heritage of the 1950s and undertakes its virtuous transformation. It reimagines and adapts existing atypical spaces—gymnasium, swimming pool, attics, auditorium—into high-quality, flexible workspaces.
