The villa is situated in a huge existing beach environment with an
extraordinary sea view and a superb scene, communicating explicitly with
its natural kept ambiance.
Our intervention took into consideration the surrounding context and the
client as the defining elements that contributed to the creation of
diverse spatial agendas, especially concerning the identity of the
overall project and its image. The result looks simple and yet is
complex externally and organic internally, creating quite the
interesting contrast.
On the one hand, the architectural effect induced by the terraced roofs
brilliantly highlights the powerful impact of inhabiting nature and
having an infinite sea view, on the other hand, the organic flow
valorizes the exposed main functions through several instances of
appropriation of natural features.
The villa consists of 3 floors which completely integrate the interior
space with the exterior landscape, a concept peaking in the infinity
pool with its dramatic sea view. The whole building is an ongoing
promenade of space discovery due to the multiple functionalities of its
levels.
