Located on Marylebone High Street in central London, LATIS designed and gained detailed planning permission for a block of five high-end residential apartments.LATIS successfully incorporated external balconies and a landscaped roof terrace into the proposals, an exceptional feature given the sensitive site location within the Harley Street Conservation area. The scope of work also included the detailed design and specification of the interiors.
