Marshall Square is a mixed-use project on 1.4 acres at the intersection of North 1st Street and East St. John Street in San Jose, California. The community contains 195 units in five residential levels over two above grade levels of residential, retail, and garage with one level of subterranean garage. The podium building is oriented around two courtyards facing St. Johns Park and bounded by light rail lines along North 1st Street and North 2nd Street. The leasing center resident club room, fitness center, and roof deck total 7,135 square feet. A small cafe anchors the main pedestrian entry while a flex space lines a portion of North 1st St. to activate the street edge with future retail or shared workspace.
