It is chosen uniform architecture of plastic for all five buildings
which together build up a single hotel complex. General facade of plastic for streets and courtyard
facades are different. Architectonic volume formation is influenced by
sculpture-shaping principles, when original shape of stone in the hands of the
sculptor is transformed into a work of art. Agate stone is taken as sidewalk source, which
is inconspicuous from the outside, but with varied internal structure when it’s
cut.In each piece of land the street facades of buildings are different. Ventilated
facades with different decoration materials as agglomerate, granite slabs,
natural slate slabs and limestone are used.
