Completed over a single weekend, this proposal is for an expansive
outdoor space suitable for temporary markets, combined with a
requirement for massive amounts of office and residential space. Height
restrictions meant towers could not be used to minimize the required
footprint. In this solution three 'towers' were essentially tipped over
onto each other, bridging over the market below and fitting within the
height restrictions.
