Marina Muroskva is formed from the harbor area - the mainland (access roads, parking areas, land facilities, parcels) and the port area - the sea - 180 berths for boats up to 15 meters long.
The public utility port of Muroskva is located in a natural bay southeast of the center of Novi Vinodolski. From the west, north and east it is surrounded by the Adriatic highway, wich is 9 m highet from the sea, while the south is open towards the island of Krk. The location features are the high wall "MURO" wall below the highway, from which the name Muroskva comes from, and springs of drinking water on the beach.
By access road from the highway to the port itself, a new wall was built in which we fit the land facilities. The positioning of each of the 4 buildings in relation to the natural terrain and the newly formed wall depends on the function and purpose of the same:
1. Building 1 - The area of the bistro, open to the users of the marina as well as for other users, is emphasized the entrance to the marina. It is positioned as an attraction at the link with the Adriatic Highway. Consolously highlights the beginning of the wall in ways that "floats" above the karst rocky shrubs, forming a covered terrace - the end of a newly formed promenade.
2. Building 2 - The main building with a reception, restaurant and business space is completely enclosed in the wall and itself makes it thicker. The front facades were made as thick walls with irregular openings, while the rear facades were buried.
3. Buildings 3 and 4 - The auxiliary technical facilities and sanitary facilities for marine users are treated in a way that they fit into the wall.
