Située à l'angle de la 26e rue et de l'avenue Champfleury dans le quartier Maizerets, Marguerite contribue à la densification douce du quartier en remplaçant un ancien bungalow par un projet multirésidentiel. Avec ses volumes de briques jaunes sur les deux premiers niveaux, le projet s'intègre harmonieusement au quartier où ces teintes sont omniprésentes, tout en ayant un langage résolument contemporain. Le volume supérieur, habillé d'acier blanc, apporte de la légèreté au projet et complète le clin d'œil à la couleur de la fleur éponyme du projet. Marguerite comprend douze appartements traversants, favorisant la ventilation et la lumière naturelle tout au long de la journée. Allant de petits appartements d'une chambre à coucher à des appartements de deux étages de type maison de ville, cette nouvelle construction offre une mixité de typologies pour répondre à des besoins différents. Côté rue, l'escalier extérieur menant à l'arrière du projet et les balcons permettent aux locataires de profiter de l'extérieur et contribuent à l'animation de la rue.

Located at the corner of 26th Street and Champfleury Avenue in the Maizerets neighborhood, Marguerite contributes to the neighborhood's gentle densification by replacing an old bungalow with a multi-residential project. With its yellow brick volumes on the first two levels, the project blends harmoniously into the neighborhood where these hues are omnipresent, while adopting a resolutely contemporary style. The upper volume, clad in white steel, brings lightness to the project and completes the nod to the color of the project's eponymous flower. Marguerite includes twelve dual-aspect apartments, promoting ventilation and natural light throughout the day. Ranging from small one-bedroom apartments to two-story townhouse-style apartments, this new construction offers a mix of typologies to meet different needs. On the street side, the exterior staircase leading to the rear of the project and the balconies allow tenants to enjoy the outdoors and contribute to the liveliness of the street.
