Situé sur la rue Père-Marquette dans le quartier Montcalm, le projet participe à la densification douce du quartier en remplaçant un ancien garage de stationnement. Ce projet multirésidentiel propose six logements traversants, favorisant la ventilation et la lumière naturelle tout au long de la journée. Voisin de la cour de l’école primaire Anne Hébert et longeant le tracé de la piste cyclable, sa localisation favorise le transport actif et la présence de jeunes familles dans le quartier.
Les unités sont aménagées sur deux niveaux, offrant un étage pour les espaces de vie et un autre pour les chambres et les bureaux. À l’avant, des balcons permettent aux occupants de profiter de l’extérieur, tout en participant à l’animation en rue. Au dernier étage, les petites terrasses permettent également de diviser le bâtiment en 3 volumes distincts, réduisant l’échelle du projet et renforçant le sentiment d’appartenance des occupants à leur logement. Ce jeu volumétrique est également accompagné d'un changement de couleurs des briques. Au dernier étage, de généreux parapets en briques cachent de spacieuses terrasses intimes, offrant aux résidents des étages supérieurs une magnifique vue sur la ville, la ruelle et les Laurentides.

Located on Père-Marquette Street in the Montcalm neighborhood, the project contributes to the neighborhood's gentle densification by replacing a former parking garage. This multi-residential project offers six dual-aspect units, promoting ventilation and natural light throughout the day. Adjacent to the Anne Hébert Elementary School courtyard and along the bike path, its location promotes active transportation and the presence of young families in the neighborhood.
The units are arranged on two levels, offering one floor for living spaces and another for bedrooms and offices. At the front, balconies allow occupants to enjoy the outdoors while contributing to the lively streetscape. On the top floor, small terraces also divide the building into three distinct volumes, reducing the scale of the project and reinforcing the occupants' sense of belonging to their home. This volumetric play is also accompanied by a change in the brick colors. On the top floor, generous brick parapets conceal spacious, intimate terraces, offering residents of the upper floors a magnificent view of the city, the alleyway and the Laurentians.
