The project for the two office buildings in Parque das Nações was carried out in partnership with the French architect Marc Rolinet.
Even though the two buildings are autonomous, they have joint characteristics: the sharing of a gardened platform, the visible structural mesh and metallic stairs covered with vegetation. The interior spaces are organised as an open-space served by a central circulation nucleus.
The Mar Mediterrâneo Building won the award for ““Best Development of the Year 2008” presented by the Imobiliária Magazine.
