Remodelled building with residential character, located on the first row of the seafront of Port of Alcúdia, Balearic Islands.
Looking at the horizon, in the custody of boats, the building has been covered with a coating, using a ventilated ceramic facade, in pure white. Providing the building with a character of monolithic volume, highlighting contrasts with the rest of the specific materials that form it such as oak wood and brass details. As if it were another boat, as if they had borrowed the materials by which it is formed.
The rest of the walls maintain the same color emphasizing the unitary character.
The view to the sea is conquered by the presence of glass enclosures and strongholds, highlighting the constant presence of the landscape as a point of reference, prolonging the stay that takes us into the sea in the background.
