Manglam investment office is renovation project. Site is residential raw house which is 3 m X 15 m. Mr. Nitin shah (owner of the Manglam Investment) wanted to convert house in the office. Ground floor is investment consultancy, first and second floor is tution classes. Office block have front and back entry; front entry is for investment office and back entry is used for classes. Ground floor have long passage and cabin besides the passage. Front facade design is influenced by the "Metamorphosis" by M. C. Escher.
