DLR Group's design opens the center to the north with striking facades that exude vibrant energy and excitement. Exterior signage and design accents turn the mall outward to draw guests to the activity within. This initial phase is the first step in a multi-phase plan to more than double the mall in size.
The initial 850,000 SF expansion includes the addition of a two-level/525-car underground parking structure, three levels of retail totaling more than 250,000 SF, a future 180,000 SF/ seven-story office, and a 342-room luxury brand hotel with 19,000 SF ballroom and full complement of meeting spaces, spa, fitness and a full-service restaurant and bar. DLR Group is providing architecture services.
