This is a small village for 40 families done in duplex houses. ANCOP Shelter Cebu has done the preparation of the land donation and arrangement with the LGU. Funding of the project is being sourced by ANCOP-TEKTON Foundation. This is a low cost rural housing project which aims to enable the low income rural dwellers and homeless to acquire homes of their own in order to improve their living conditions.
