The Malaya Ordynka 19 premium building means living in the very center, in the very silence. The building is located 1.4 km away from the Kremlin on a quiet unpassable street with only few cars and pedestrians. The contemporary architecture of the building blends seamlessly into the housing development of the historic Zamoskvorechye. The diverse housing development of the street, which has preserved the old wooden and brick buildings, as well as churches, gave rise to the idea of creating an equally diverse street facade. It is located along the frontage line, adjoining the firewall of the neighboring building, and is divided into three parts. Each part was designed in its own style. One is made of natural light stone with wooden inserts and elegant balconies. The second is made of red embossed brick with belt profiles and laced balcony rails. The third one, adjacent to the neighboring building, was entirely made of glass, with curved elements of a double facade. This element was intended to create a visual break line and a sufficient contrast between the existing and new architecture. The courtyard is divided into so-called "green rooms" so that a small area could hold a large number of people respecting each other’s privacy.
Panoramic windows of luxury apartments and penthouses offer magnificent views of the historical center of Moscow. The closed territory of the building features a landscaped courtyard-garden with private recreation areas and a unique playground equipped according to the Sminex’s Kid's Lab standard of children's spaces for the harmonious development of young residents.
Each apartment has been turned into a soundproof capsule with a unique "floating floor" inside. Noise from the street is suppressed by double-glazed soundproof windows. Floors in the corridors and soundproof walls between apartments are equipped with special Sylomer vibration pads. You won’t hear any noise coming from conditioning, ventilation, and water supply systems thanks to vibration mounts and special protective screens. All engineering equipment is isolated with noise-absorbing materials and placed at the maximum distance from residential premises. Silent high-speed modern elevators will not be heard from the apartments.
