A new concept for a rest-bar in one of the most important urban zones in Mexico City: La Condesa.
The client was looking for an urban space; a place to enjoy a non expensive complete meal and a cool beer.
The concept is based on the diversity of people that come together in this part of the city, and the idea of creating a space with non specific stereotype target.
One of the most important premises for integrating the interior to the urban surrounding is linking the giving interior to the existing exterior (streets) both physically and esthetical, creating an integral inside/outside place.
With the idea of the integrating the exterior, the project includes a design intervention changing the wasted used planters replaced with two large wooden benches that also give place to vegetation.
