A family Villa in North of Iran in a region with high number of vocational villas. The volume of villa has been designed to sit perfectly in the surrounding with a constructive dialog with neighboring buildings. The shape of the external skin provides the building with many sustainable aspects. The skylight element completes the butterfly look of the building and provides natural ventilation and daylight to the interior spaces. The interior spaces are featured with a gathering-style chimney space and a double-height dining room. Balconies and decks on Northern and Southern sides of the building, provide the users with Caspian Sea and Forest Mountain views.
