The building´s language is originated by the relationship it has with the vegetation, the sea and the beach. These elements are used as a starting point for the design of the indoor and outdoor spaces of the project.
The use of a wood skin in the facades, frames a game of light and shadow in every apartment and terrace. The public spaces become places of live nature by the use of the existing vegetation and bodies of water that relate with the different horizontal circulations of the project.
A four level volume and a central patio frame the program´s composition, giving an adequate orientation for all the housing modules. The project consists of 56 apartments which adapt to the type of user.
