ARCHITECTUREFIRM has designed architectural interiors and amenities for this 300 unit, 20 story tower in Raleigh, North Carolina, creating an elevated and urbane setting for the life of the building’s residents. Themes of earth, water, and sky, give conceptual underpinning to the ground level, the pool terrace level, and the lofty Sky Lounge. Located at the intersection of the city center, the Warehouse District, the newly revitalized Dix Park, and Boylan Heights in downtown, an architectural, wood columned, two-level entry lobby with co-working mezzanine lounge creates a structured core of the program, with a full gym, bar, and lounge at the mid-building resort pool and recreational deck. The 20th floor Sky Lounge is among the most sophisticated spots in all of Raleigh with curving, ethereal shapes of plaster and light wood with a terrace giving beautiful panoramic views of Downtown and the Red Hat Amphitheatre.
