Madison Square Garden Company’s new offices, located at San Francisco’s Pier One, illustrate our expertise in delivering economically viable and design-driven tenant improvement projects.
The client’s goal was to design a modern office environment that supports creativity and collaboration. Opening up the majority of the walls in this old port building reestablished spatial connections and increased the overall spread of natural light throughout the workplace.
The digital designers who required a darker workspace were accommodated with retractable, light-blocking screens on the second floor. The result is a flexible and inspiring work environment for creative entrepreneurs and teams.
