A 376 sf condominium in a 1920’s apartment building is renovated with efficiency in mind. A “wall of commodity” is designed to include an office/desk, parking for the Owners primary form of transportation (the bicycle), an ample clothes closet and longer term storage above.
The design was heavily influenced by the Owner’s Parisian and Algerian memories.
