Zeidler provided Planning, Design and Compliance services on the development of this new state-of-the-art hospital. The team implemented innovative design concepts into the project including: one-way surgical suites; supplies at point-of-care through a ‘nurse server’ and 80% single bedrooms with private bathrooms and natural light as well as an increased emphasis on outdoor and indoor space to achieve a holistic therapeutic environment.
