The M01 House is a single-family house development with complete construction documents for the hometta.com effort to bring accessible, affordable modern design to a larger cross-section of prospective homebuyers. Without specific program, we derived the plan and shape through rigourous study of existing typologies together with new programs of living - ie, open living spaces, home office, interior and exterior connections, sustainable materials. M01 uses a system of SIP panels as a method of construction.
