M Vertica siting on a 12-acre site consists of 5 residential towers of varying heights of 54 and 55 storeys comprising of 3,684 residential units with the lowest 2 storeys being allocated for 74 units of retail lots. The 5 towers are arranged in a fan like manner along the main access roads of Jalan Cheras and Jalan Ikan Mas to maximise commercial frontage for the retail stores as well as providing all residents with an unobstructed view either towards the city of Kuala Lumpur or the surroundings.
The carpark podium separated from the towers but connected with bridges, is split into two with connecting driveways on multiple levels to ease traffic flow within the podium. The facility deck of 4.45 acre, currently the largest in Kuala Lumpur, above the carpark podium provide end users with a variety of facilities that will be able to cater for people from all walks of life and age.
