Located in Fukuoka City Vice city center, this Building is apartments for rent for single people.
Currently, there is no personality in architecture itself rental apartments, it is often thought to be a uniform design.
As opposed to design the architecture design uniform so far, I have the concept that you plan to have a personality in architecture itself, combines livability and design, the "architecture the sole".
Using a grid of curves and straight lines, the appearance began to create the appearance that the three-dimensional impression.
In addition, we are allowed to emphasize the grid of straight line that you use the border tiles black white, the curve of the grid line.
I think that not only shape simply, the combination of materials and colors, appearance a more individual, three-dimensional and more finished.
It is continuously a box of white emerge from the border of black tiles on the wall of the entrance hall. This molding with a built-in indirect lighting inside is continuous to the inside from the outside of the entrance hall, I to induce the entrance smoothly residents.
In light gently white tiles of the wall, ceiling lighting has produced a modern space and simple black and white.
In addition, uses different color shared hallway, balcony, flooring interior, and color of kitchen fittings and an even floor and odd floor, we have to have a personality as well as appearance, down to the inside.
I hope that by this construction, and a life of the people who live here are rich, and those fulfilling full of personality.
