Le maître d’ouvrage se trouvait dans une impasse et avait consulté plusieurs maîtres d’œuvres avant de nous rencontrer. Son programme n’était pas à priori en adéquation avec son assiette foncière. Cette extension fait partie d’un aménagement global du lycée. Prenant en compte la gestion des flux, l’accessibilité aux personnes à mobilités réduites (7 niveaux de RdC différents), et bien sûr le phasage des travaux dans un site occupé. Le programme comprend un bâtiment d’enseignement : 8 classes et un amphithéâtre, de l’hébergement 30 chambres dans un bâtiment existant, extension du réfectoire et un nouveau bâtiment comprenant 3 foyers.Une coursive extérieure couverte constitue la colonne vertébrale du site, permettant de lier les bâtiments entre eux, et articulant deux cours, celle de la partie enseignement et restaurant scolaire et l’autre dédiée aux internes, comportant les foyers et l’hébergement.Nous avons développé des surfaces supplémentaires (x2 dans le bâtiment existant pour l’hébergement et un amphithéâtre semi enterré pour le bâtiment d’enseignement), ces arguments ont permis une relation de confiance avec le Maître d’ouvrage pour porter ensemble un projet radicalement contemporain.
The client was in a stalemate and had consulted several project works before we met. His program was not a priori consistent with its tax base . This extension is part of an overall development of the school .
Taking into account the flow management, accessibility for persons with reduced mobility (7 different levels of ground floor ) , and of course the timetable of work in a busy site. The program includes an educational building: 8 classrooms and an auditorium , accommodation 30 rooms in an existing building , extension of the refectory and a new building with 3 fireplaces .
A covered outdoor corridor is the backbone of the website, to link between buildings and articulating two courses , the school and the teaching restaurant part and the other dedicated to internal , including homes and accommodation. We developed additional surfaces ( x2 in the existing building for the accommodation and half buried in the teaching building amphitheater ), these arguments led to a relationship of trust with the Client for all wear a radically contemporary project .
