Luxembourg Centre is a private multi-disciplinary medical clinic located across the street from Paris' beautiful and historically rich Luxembourg Gardens.
This upscale clinic made extensive use of Luminous Virtual Window pairs to bring the space and calming influence of nature vistas to a dozen of the interior rooms.
Along with the Luminous Virtual Windows, the clinic features a large 8'x14' Luminous SkyCeiling dramatically installed in the fourteen foot high ceiling of a public waiting area. The space also features a large living green wall.
The realistic presence of overhead sky and the wall of growing plants are valuable biophilic elements that help to enliven visitors' personal appreciation for nature, as well as promoting the proven psycho-physiological benefits of contact with nature – relaxation, vitality, and well-being.
