Lead8’s design for Luxehills Tianfu International Fund Town Phase 2 is taking form on site, with construction significantly progressed across the multi-tower superblock.
Rising prominently in Chengdu, the development highlights Lead8’s expertise in large-scale, mixed-use design and the creation of integrated, people-focused urban environments.
Envisioned as a forward-looking hub for enterprise and innovation, the 440,000 sqm development brings together corporate offices, retail, and conference and exhibition venues. The masterplan delivers a connected, pedestrian-oriented landscaped environment at the heart of Chengdu’s expanding Tianfu New Area.
Comprising six towers, reaching between 180 and 60 metres, a multifunctional art and convention centre, and a cluster of street precincts, the design balances verticality, transparency and amenity-rich public realms.
Together, the towers form a cohesive urban composition that strengthens the district’s evolving identity as a centre for business and retail excellence.
