Located in an area of the city with rapid real estate growth, the constraints of the masterplan where the development is inserted, combined with the obligation to respect the alignments of the neighbouring building, defined the building's footprint and volume.
Despite having the same number of floors as the neighbouring building, the suiting of the ground level to the street's slope allowed us to achieve a ground floor with a generous ceiling height and to design loft-like apartments.
In addition to the limitations of the masterplan, Lux Prime forms, with the neighbouring building, a building group, which “forces” the developments to have identical architectural languages. Based on these premises, the language of the balanced bodies is identical but with a more random arrangement so that the façade design is more dynamic.
On the top floor and in order to enjoy the views, the development's social areas are located with the infinity pool, gym and jacuzzi.
