New York Engineers was hired by the Lutheran Social Services of NewYork (LSSNY) to perform an existing conditions survey on the MEPsystems of four separate locations. LSSNY, a professional social serviceagency of the church, provides services that enable people of all ages toreach their full human potential. Through their ten LIFE programs(Lutheran Initiatives for Enrichment) those in need are provided servicessuch as elder support, hunger prevention, affordable housing,immigration and refugee settlement, international and domesticadoptions, special needs children’s schools, disaster preparation andfoster care. The purpose of the surveys was to determine the feasibilityand impact of LSSNY ultimately opening four facilities fordaycare/education use, each in a separate location.For more information on this project, please visit us here.
