This project is located within a well-established suburban commercial corridor leading into the core of a South Florida Community. The district supports high end hotels, retail centers, and office buildings. For the most part the commercial corridor is one building deep, with high end homes to the west and middle class homes to the east. The Gulf of Mexico is about 1/2 mile to the west.
The upper floors will consist of Class A office space for one or multiple tenants, with each quadrant of the plan having an outdoor balcony. The ground floor will consist of retail space. Two levels of structured parking rise up under one half of the building, creating a very dynamic outdoor gathering space between the forms.
This project is expected receive LEED Gold Certification
