Lumen is located in Vicente López, on a prime site offering views of both the river at the front and the city extending at the rear. The building has been designed with the intention of establishing a seamless and direct connection with its natural and urban surroundings. To achieve this, the design incorporates large windows on both sides of the building, allowing natural light to flood the interior spaces and providing a continuous view of the landscape.
In order to maximize the views and free up the exterior spaces, the core of the building is positioned centrally, from which the arrangement of the different apartments is organized. This layout allows for various residential configurations: on some floors, there are 2 and 3-room apartments, while on other floors, duplex spaces are developed. In total, the building extends over 7 floors, with some floors left empty to accommodate the duplex units.
From an external perspective, the building reveals a clear arrangement of the apartments, organized in a rhythm of 1-2-1. Some apartments have single-height ceilings, while others feature double-height spaces. This design not only enhances the building's aesthetics but also enriches the experience of living in Lumen, offering various options that cater to the needs and preferences of the residents.
