The elegant simplicity of forms, blending fundamental classics with elements of constructivism, defines the restrained and laconic appearance of LUCE. Particular attention is given to preserving the architectural style of the adjacent house, constructed in 1927 in the constructivist style.

Work on the project began with us studying the context of this unique location where the Luce residential complex is planned to be built. The architects aimed to reinterpret the building of late constructivism in a new light. Together, artists and architects, we searched for various facade options until we arrived at the final design. Arguably, the most challenging and simultaneously interesting part of the project was integrating the building into the surrounding context, especially since we did not have any bird's-eye view photographs that we could use for backgrounds. Here, it was necessary to create a 3D model, and our skills in working with the stable diffusion AI came in handy. It's also worth mentioning a unique feature of the project - the terraces on the upper floors, which offer stunning views, and it seems to us that in our work, we were able to convey this feeling of luxury and style.
