This project involved an extension, refurbishment and attic conversion to a 3-bed semi-detached home in Lucan. The interesting thing about the extension was that our brief also covered the garden and how both the living space and a small garden could work together. There was an original extension that wasn’t working for how family lived. We had to re-configure the house so that the spaces flowed together. We also provided a full interior design service for the house, where colour palettes and finishes were used to create zones in the open plan space and the interior finishes were carried through into the garden.The house was featured on Duncan Stewart’s About the House in a piece about how to fully finish a build project.
