The Hospitality School in Luminus Technical University College is a space that simulates hospitality spaces including typical hotel rooms, restaurant, commercial kitchen, and laundry facilities. The project required the creation of simulation spaces that would enable the vocational education and training of the college students for luxury hospitality services. The interior design was therefore a hybrid of the actual hospitality space set within lecture theaters forming an interactive teaching experience based on the exchange of knowledge coupled with practical training.
The spaces simulated high-end hospitality in the materials used, the layouts, and the functions at the same time with durability to allow for a large number of students to interact with the space. It is also used as a showcase of the college’s abilities and culinary experience where LTUC guests are frequently received and entertained.
