An existing dilapidated four story warehouse was converted to a ten story luxury residential building. While most of the building could not be saved, a portion of the existing foundation was left in place and became part of a private courtyard. The building’s facade is clad in terracotta tiles which is a common material in many of the older buildings in the neighborhood. In addition to the architectural and expediting services, we provided interior design work as well.
