Low Rise L.A. - Fourplex Development
This proposed development is a new take on the low-rise residential fourplex. The design features four detached residential units situated around a common garden. The four distinct floor plan options offer variety to prospective residents while also facilitating a mix of varying family sizes living together in one complex in an effort to foster deep community connections. Shared outdoor garden and seating areas are provided to promote interaction between residents. In addition, the detached nature of each unit allows residents to experience independence from shared wall occupancy and creates additional privacy.
