This building was designed for office use and the sale and promotion of Los Granados Complex property, which the project’s promoter wanted to carry out in the short term, almost in parallel with the implementation of this building. The building’s developer wanted it to have an iconic character and to be a landmark in Puerto Banús area, where it had to project an image of unique elegance and serenity. To do so, Asenjo developed an architecture based on the use of three basic materials such as metal, glass and stone which would mark an important posterior architectural line, highlighting the use of glass, which included very special characteristics as it controlled the lighting and temperature. This had to be imported from the USA and also, in depth research into white Macael marble textures was carried out, for which it received diverse awards and recognition.
