- The presented project was designed for a competition of Construction Engineering Organization in Lorestan, Iran.
- The project was formed based on climate consideration, area restrictions and FAR (Floor Area Ratio) rules in the region.
- The above mentioned restrictions made designers use open plan design and create a central open space in order to improve efficiency and quality of the project. This central open space can help air circulation and energy recovery, too.
- The area restrictions and FAR rules were good reasons for designers to design the whole construction as boxes of different areas and heights on top of each other. And to avoid solidity and increase transparency, the boxes were moved horizontally.
- When it comes to the details, we can mention the use of louver in the facade in order to regulate how much sunlight enters the indoors and to use air circulation for air conditioning in times of need.
- In exterior of the building, an empty space was created to connect the northern and southern area of the project. In this case, you can access to the amphitheater and assembly hall in southern area without entering the building.
