The organization reflects a flatter, more team oriented organization. The building is already LEED Gold certified, and the project is expected to earn LEED-CI Gold. The space includes offices, team rooms, conference rooms, multipurpose spaces, open pantry and lounge areas, interconnecting stairs to encourage communication, and fitness and support spaces.
