L'Oréal Offices. Workplace guidelines and an office design that sets a stage for communication, collaboration, and innovation to occur, all within a sustainably-designed environment.Continuing the firm's relationship with L'Oréal, Perkins+Will developed new workplace standards and designed an open office environment for the company's location in New Jersey. The organization reflects a flatter, more team oriented organization. The building is already LEED Gold certified, and the project is expected to earn LEED-CI Gold. The space includes offices, team rooms, conference rooms, multipurpose spaces, open pantry and lounge areas, interconnecting stairs to encourage communication, and fitness and support spaces. The sustainable design efforts have a particular focus on energy conservation.
