Lonquist & Co., LLC approached Goree to design the relocation of their corporate headquarters into a new full floor space located at Wedge Tower in downtown Houston.
The client sought a 100% closed layout to office their employees that provide petroleum and mining engineering consulting services. The new space includes a large boardroom with views of their reception area and downtown. As part of the buildout a large breakroom was placed near the reception and designed with the frequent visits from their product representatives in mind. A large copy room give ample space to layout and view large format prints and a secondary internal breakroom allows employees to enjoy a more private dining experience.
