Long Point Center – Houston, TX. Arc Three Studio was recently asked to propose a new design for a run down shopping center in Houston. The dilapidated facade would be completely re-clad with new panels in a fading gradient pattern beneath a new brightly colored steel canopy which reinforces a better pedestrian experience. An existing restaurant anchors the middle portion of the facade and would maintain its character with a fresh smooth pastel plaster and breeze block infill.
