Uzin Utz AG is a company group which is one of the leading manufacturers of building chemical systems for flooring in Europe.
The expansion into the new federal states of Germany as well as on the all-important European market demanded the new construction of the Europe Logistic Centre.
Scherr+Klimke was commissioned in the summer off 1999 to plan the building complex consisting of a high-bay warehouse and picking building with provisioning and administration areas. In November 2000, the building was finished after a construction time of about one year.
