The commercial enterprise Müller supplies its 340 branches in Germany and abroad from the central warehouse in Ulm-Jungingen.
The two-storey new construction on a hillside property not far from the central distribution centre serves the order picking of large-volume articles. Goods coming in on pallets are stored with automatic material handling in a rack facility and from there picked into roller containers and again provided to the goods issue department for shipment to branch stores.
The performance range comprises the operation, object and structural design as well as the HLS and electric planning. The objective of the developer to construct an economic building in a very short time period was satisfied; the construction time was only 11 months.
