A Hair salon located in Cat Street in Harajuku, very popular place for fashion people. The floor area is about 60m2 so far, it is better to keep functions in one room not to divide into small spaces required, such as reception, cutting space and shampoo space. The furniture is the almost the only object which control the space. It has basic zig-zag section and changing its scale according to the function. At the reception, it becomes lower and serves as a counter. At the cold space, it becomes wall height to block gazes to the shampoo space. Where you need tables or shelves, the plate turns horizontal to serve.The plates of the shelf are cut to control the level of transparency as shown in the diagram. Since the sections are swept along continuously (even the scale changed), the continuous edge appears wherever the plates are cut.
