This projects is a concept of prefabbricate wood home for Naturalmentecasa (a firms of Jelovica groups)
How to design a house without knowing where? Where is the best view? Where is going the sun?
The traditional approach of the italian house, where the living and sleeping area are distinct and separated on different floors, is given further emphasis by making truly independent the two functional areas that in effect have different priorities. The living area should preferably be facing the best view while the floor of the bedrooms, upstairs, may also look beyond the usual conventional views, provided the roof pitches are always facing south to capture maximum solar energy. Obviously the house is not moving but the project provides different configurations / versions achievable which in turn allow the house to interact with context. Every site make a different version, unique and integrated into the landscape.
At the same time each version configured and "choice" also represent the personality of those who will inhabit. From an aesthetic very traditional to very modern not necessarily by following the rules of orientation. The context, of which people are part, is, in any case, the input for this concept of a private home.
