The Living Word Assembly Prayer City Project designed by Swaib Mbaziira and approved by Wakiso District Council in 2015 is yet to be an icon and pathway to spiritual empowerment winning and directing souls to the holy space- kingdom of God in heaven. The design is abstracted symbolically from a living Holy Spirit (Flying white dove) ascending from the lower(entry) point of the site a sign of hope and redemption to whoever approaches the prayer city.
The prayer city is embedded within the surrounding landscape of Entebbe’s new infrastructure and connectivity axis of express highways to Entebbe airport and Kampala cityscape, uniting the souls beyond and within, seamlessly ascending them into the holy space
The design is being driven by the sustainable mutual link between humanity and nature , reconciling humanity to their ecological web which is one of the main call of living word assembly “Winning souls to the kingdom of God” through spiritual renewal under the holy spirit.
The project covers 17400sq with a 10,000 capacity seater sanctuary on 2No galleries, 3No.chapels, overflow areas, choir practices, offices, control rooms, videography, Television and radio studio rooms, Storage, deliverance room, Baptism, Counseling, Pastor guest rooms, Sunday school, Resource center, Restaurant, Bookshop, power rooms , and a sculptural ramp welcoming and ascending souls to the city of Deliverance, a city of Salvation a city of Healing.
The project’s spiritual commitments will motivate change and wield powerful authority for cultural transformation and act as a root of globalizing economic and technological systems locally and internationally, this lies in the moral consciousness profoundly shaped by spiritual empowerment.
