One of the first master planned projects from the Living Communities Programme, an ambitious development introducing an international standard of living in Saudi Arabia. This 1,000,000 square meter project in the design process, for which our team has endeavoured to procure international architectural-planning firms to develop conceptual design options and deliver seven unique, mixed-use medium density communities that are engaging, walkable and that offer a sustainable lifestyle.
