During the planning process, the architect's prejudgment of "cost/construction" has become the design guiding ideology for the overall cost saving of the project and the avoidance of repeated construction. Considering the internal functions of the building, the first floor is the reception and negotiation function, and the second floor is the display area of the model house. Therefore, the design chooses the façade distinction method of upper solid and lower virtual: the protruding blocks on the first floor are used to face the main entrance. Floor-to-ceiling glass curtain wall, and other non-important interfaces are painted with gray stucco. The perforated aluminum panel curtain wall is used in all four directions on the second floor. The main façade has a very uniform metallic luster because there is no need to open windows on the second floor.
This project achieves the simplicity and beauty of the building through highly rational architectural logic within the limited construction and installation costand strict construction period.
